We run a range of face to face Yoga & Pilates classes in our bespoke studio at High Peak Health Clinic in Hayfield.

Helen Fenton

Helen is a 500-hour yoga teacher with trauma training and specialist certification in menopause yoga, pregnancy yoga, and postnatal yoga. She is also a qualified Personal Trainer, with experience in the gym dating back to her teenage years.

She holds independently certified qualifications in EFT, Hypnotherapy, massage, womb therapy, and women’s holistic health. Helen is trained in Mental Health First Aid as well as standard First Aid.

Having worked in the wellbeing arena for over 10 years, Helen has experience supporting a wide range of body types, long-term illnesses, and injuries. She will always signpost clients to another professional if she feels her knowledge or expertise does not fully meet their needs.

One of Helen’s main passions is helping women feel joyful in their bodies.

Alex Murphy

Yoga Instructor at Yoga In The High peak. Alex is a feet-on-the-ground, head-in-the-clouds kind of person.

Her work is intended to encourage you to feel your feet on the ground, solid and strong, and to simultaneously allow your mind to wander, creative and playful. To support you in being all that you are - even when that’s lots of things at once.

Her yoga classes are lighthearted and profoundly grounding

Alex runs Yoga classes on Monday evening at 7pm and Tuesday evening at 6pm.
