Mark Addis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

Mark has been a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for 20 years after completing a Master of Science (MSc) Post Graduate degree in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy.and has worked as a CBT Practitioner in the NHS in England and in private practice in England and Scotland.

Mark has also taught as a Lecturer and Trainer in CBT at Post Graduate level including as a Senior Lecturer in Applied Mental Health on the MSc in CBT at the University of Derby and works as an Accreditation Officer with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP) involved in the training, standards setting and registration of Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists.

Mark is Accredited with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP) as a Practitioner, Supervisor and Trainer.

Lucinda Zurich, EMDR Therapist

Lucinda (Lucy) is an experienced EMDR therapist who works with adults, adolescents and children, both privately and in the NHS pain management service, where she provides EMDR therapy for people with physical pain and/or trauma.

Lucy is a qualified occupational therapist who incorporates ACT (acceptance commitment therapy) and EFT (Emotion-focused therapy) into her sessions where appropriate. Lucy a member of the HCPC (Health Care Professions Council), the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) and EMDR Association UK, and holds a BSc Psychology and MSc Occupational therapy alongside her other qualifications.

Lucy's main area of expertise includes trauma, PTSD, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, phobias, stress management, panic attacks, physical pain and helping to manage unwanted thoughts, memories, feelings and physical and mental health. With EMDR people are often at peace with the issue they came into therapy with, gaining insights about what happened to them and are able to move on from therapy feeling more free and less burdened by the issue that brought them here.
